With the departure of President Pervaiz Musharraf from the office of the President of Pakistan ..and the nation going into the hands of currupt politicians, the people of this great country are definately going to suffer the most.

Musharraf is gone. We can love or hate him but that will not solve the real political problem in this country.

The real problem is the gang of intellectual elite that is left behind. This gang is not illiterate or feudal.  In this day and age dealing pure feudal is a lot easier.

 

 

President Pakistan Perwaiz Musharaf has resigned.

After 9 long years of rule he has let go. Democracy may finally be comming full circle in Pakistan.

Musharaf is on TV right now singing praises of his last 8 years of rule.

Lets see how it ends.

On the Jamshoro Dadu highway in between the Jamshoro-Sehwan section of the road we were able to see construction going on all they way along the highway. At first we could not figureo out what was happening. We saw machineary and labour working on drain and what looked like bridge foundations. At first it did not make sense.

Sehvan, SIndh: 300 Kilometers away from the metropolis of Karachi it was interesting to see how people have given up on petrol and moved to Compressed Natural Gas.

I doubt the move is in favour of a Greener world. The economics are in favour of CNG. It is extreemly inexpensive. I saw long lines of people waiting for upto 40 minutes for their turn at the CNG pump.
